Staff and cashier checklist

A short checklist for anyone using the till.

    Log in

    Use your own account so sales and actions are traceable.

  2. 2

    Select products

    Tap the products the customer wants and check quantities before charging.

  3. 3

    Apply discount only if allowed

    Only apply a discount when the manager or owner has approved it.

  4. 4

    Take payment

    Choose the right payment method: Cash, Card, Online, or Other.

  5. 5

    Give receipt if needed

    Open the receipt after sale completion if the customer asks.

  6. 6

    Call a manager for refunds

    If a sale needs refunding or voiding, ask the manager unless you have permission.
