1. About franchisetech
franchisetech provides cloud POS, stock, purchases, recipes, reports, and optional food-safety record keeping for food businesses.
2. Service scope
franchisetech is a software product that may change as features are added, improved, paused, or removed. Country-specific fiscal workflows require correct configuration by the customer and their advisors.
3. Not legal or regulatory advice
franchisetech supports record-keeping and operational controls. It does not guarantee compliance, does not replace official guidance, and does not replace the food business operator's responsibility.
4. Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for verifying records, ensuring staff use the system correctly, complying with food law and official guidance, maintaining suitable food-safety procedures, checking device accuracy where relevant, and deciding what action to take when operational issues occur.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, use it for illegal activity, attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or violate others' rights.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or change the service as needed.
8. Data and records
franchisetech stores records entered by users. Customers remain responsible for checking that records are accurate, complete, and suitable for their own operational and legal needs.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, franchisetech is not liable for indirect losses, missed checks, inaccurate user-entered data, food-safety decisions, or regulatory outcomes.
